INNOVATIONRECOMMENDATION TO SUPPORT UPDATED
GRADUATION REQUIREMENTSEach elementary school would receive $500,000 and middle schools
would receive $750,000 to collaborate with their community to design and renovate learning spaces so that teachers and students can combine critical
thinking skills, technology and a STEM focus to accomplish 21st century project-based learning. Instructional strategies that will prepare students
for success in 2021 and beyond are different than they are today and require a focused attention on innovative concepts.

pathways for students to complete high school graduation requirements and be prepared for a college or career. All students, regardless of their
post-secondary plans (college, career, military, industry certificate, etc.) will graduate Cherry Creek Schools with a competitive advantage over other
graduates throughout the state and country.
