Preparing for Adulthood
What supports good planning ?
Trafford SEND Information Day March 2015
Bromley
‘Without a shared vision, Bromley wouldn’t be where we are today. The process of getting young people, families, providers, services and other key stakeholders together in one room to understand what we all want for young people is vital. When we experience challenges, it’s so important to be able to go back to our shared vision and be reminded of what we are all working towards, which is sustainable progression for young people leading to better life outcomes.’Debi Christie, 16-25 Commissioning Manager, Bromley
