How to form a sentence?

Has he eaten his dinner?

Yes, he has. No, he has not.

Has she cooked the meal?Yes, she has. No, she has not.

Have they played together?Yes, they have. No, they have not.

*He/Has + Past Participle

*Action that happened at an unspecified time before now

Ex. He has written a letter to Gloria. (it does not give you the exact date of when he wrote the letter)

*Expresses an unfinished period of time

Ex. My family has visited the doctor several times already this year. (There may be more visits to the doctor)
