SHUTTERING FOUNDATION SYSTEM (ZERO SETTING-

OUT),delivers a milimetric precisión for the concrete draining

and for the foundations of housing. Formed by galvanized Steel

profiles and a EPS (Expanded polystyrene) grid with thickness

and density accourding to the structural calculation, Steel bars

accourding to the Project’s specifications.

We offer two options, the DRY MEZZANINE SYSTEM, mixing the properties of the galvanized Steel and the EPS to

make a light mezzanine, but with the required resistence, sheet coating with PLYSTONE PLYCEM 25mm. And the METALDECK

SYSTEM which consists of a sheet of galvanized structural steel, designed to support the weight of the casting of a concrete

slab, which together will form the structural slab capable of resisting different loads according to their characteristics. Both

designs integrated in 3D with the construction system, that allows the project’s optimization.

Panel of innovative technology that

maximizes the energetic efficiency of the

buildings, is conformed by cold formed

profiles, manufactured to the measure with

numerical control, EPS (Expanded

polystyrene) self-extinguishing with

variable density, the coating can variate,

accourding to the Project’s requirement for

interior and exterior cotating.

The installation process is completely

machined, because the profiles are already

pre-punched and that helps to redude the

timing of the assambly.

PROFILES:

STUD: “C Type” profile placed vertically every 40 to 60 cm of distance

acccourding to the structural requirement of the Project.

TRACK: “U Type”placed horizontally to tie the vertical profiles.

We offer the installations of TERMOPANEL, which consist in a EPS

(Expanded polystyrene) core, and a Pre Painted Galvanized steel sheet

coating in both faces, with 26-gauge. Its core has an excellent thermal

insulation properties, giving comfort and energysaving thanks to the

reduction of cooling requirements.

PANELS, with self-extinguishing Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) core, coated

on both sides with 26-gauge prepainted galvanized steel sheet.

TEJAS DE ARCILLA (VEREA industrialized system), being a durable solution

for all types of construction that requires a traditional finishing roof. Its core

gives it excellent thermal insulation properties, thus providing comfort and

energy savings thanks to the reduction of cooling requirements.

PANEL TEJA (PIR Y PUR): Integrated system, aesthetic finish,

combining mechanical performance, high levels of thermal and acoustic

insulation. Manufactured with state-of-the-art foam technology, and with

contouring and forming systems in continuous with metallic faces of various

shades.
