1929• Martin Luther King, Jr., was born in Atlanta,
Georgia to teacher Alberta King and Baptist minister Michael Luther King.

Morehouse College at age 19.
1951• He also received a degree from Crozer
Theological Seminary (Chester, Pa.), enrolled in Boston University Ph.D program.
