• An Islamic pawn broking scheme based on Syariah principles of Al-Qard, Al-Wadiah Yad Dhamanah and Al-Ujrah which provides a sources of immediate loan to assist individuals in overcoming cash-flow needs, offering business opportunities as well preventing from illegal/unlicensed loan activities.

APPLICANT ELIGIBILITY

• Open to all Malaysian citizens• Aged 18 years old to 70 years old

LOAN LIMIT

• Maximum RM50,000.00 • Minimum RM100.00

LOAN MARGIN• As high as 70% of the gold value.

PAWN TENURE

• 6 months perpetually.• The first duration is for 6 months, can be

extended for another 6 months. (Subject to settlement of safekeeping fee and the difference between the maximum loan balance and current gold price).

TEMPOH PENEBUSAN

6 + 3 + 2 (jangkamasa 6 bulan yang pertama boleh dilanjutkan ke jangkamasa kedua selama 3 bulan dan dilanjutkan lagi ke jangkamasa ketiga selama 2 bulan dengan syarat simpan 6 bulan pertama dijelaskan terlebih dahulu.

PAWN REDEMPTION

• Pawn redemptions can be made by:Installments or lump sum or at any time before

or on the maturity date.

• Complete application form• 1 copy of Identification Card• Gold jewellery you wish to pawn• Approach your nearest Ar-Rahnu counter for

processing and get instant cash.

PAYMENT• Installment Payment (ansuran)

Pay directly to the teller at the counter by only showing the Pawned Letters (Surat Gadaian).

Bring along pawned letters with full redemption payment A representative should provide the pawned letters along

with the customer’s IC Extention of the payment Bring the Pawned Letters and storage fees

LOST OF PAWNED LETTERS

• Bring the certification letters (Surat Akuan Sumpah) that are certified Pesuruhjaya Sumpah and a copy of Pawned Letters will be given without additional fees.
