Phase 1

• Recruiting companies with international potential

• 1 to 1 meeting with companies in order to present the concept and talk job possibilities for participants (wage subsidies…, etc)

• Companies develop cases for participants

Phase 3

• Companies present their cases and products/services for the 24 participants

Phase 4

• Companies choose the best export plan among the 4 finalists
