Validation and Evaluation

• Trials organised in three domains

• June – September………Questionnaires and Interview

• Evaluation of Methodology, Technology, Social and Cultural factors

• Domain-specific evaluation reports

Initial Conclusions

• The TEAMwork solution works ……..easy way for teams to network and collaborate when located remotely

• The methodology is sufficiently defined and flexible

• Methodology explicitly defines roles and responsibilities

Page 15: Presentation for IST-2000-28162 October, 2002 Brian Foley, TecNet, Ireland brian.foley@tecnet.ie Page 1 Introduction TEAMwork Introduction to TEAMwork

Page 15

Introduction TEAMwork

Initial Conclusions

• Methodology contributes to better teamworking and better management ……. encourages discipline and structured approach

• The methodology is only as good as the people

• Users needs to be trained to optimise the results

• Initial modelling takes time but reduces reworking
