1- The vision, mission, critical success factors and values will be deployed throughout the organization with a focus on teamwork and mutual accountability in order to achieve buy-in and commitment.
2- We have been tasked with presenting a strategy for Hilltop Hotel & Country Club that
deploys lean practices to help us achieve our vision. Our first priority needs to be the realization of benefits from investments already made. At the same time, we must recognize that developing and implementing strategic as well as operational plans for future business is a requirement for long-term growth and viability.
3- Change management/Lean is all about delivering value to the customer and the alignment and integration of all functional activities around the delivery of the ‘value proposition’ supporting our transformation to a services provider.
4- Change Management/Lean principles consider the entire value stream, from concept to delivery, and tools for streamlining product/Service development.
5- Lean demands alignment of the organization and establishing bottom-up as well as top down communication that is vital in the business planning process, and this is what we are doing right now.
