    Campus budgeted FTEs target is determined by the Chancellor’s Office based on state investment levels

    Campus freshman and transfer retention rates have improved limiting number of seats previously vacated through student attrition

    In near future, seats should begin to become available sooner as student time to degree decreases and students begin to graduate sooner.
