It is the annual appointment with Vinitaly, the most prestigious showcase for the Professional Beverageware market hosted in Verona, that Italesse has chosen as the setting for introducing its new line of glassware, with the fascinating name Tiburón addressing the HO.RE.CA./B2B market.
Decisive lines, squared forms and a deep picûre - inspiration drawn from the aggressive, cutting lines of a shark - are the distinctive elements of a highly technical line, evidence of an experience gathered by Italesse in thirty years producing automatic glass-blown wine glasses.
The new Tiburón glasses by Italesse, made even more competitive by the use of Xtreme® technology - the result of the most advanced research work at the company’s laboratories - are highly reliable and safe to use. Markedly resistant to thermal shock and guaranteeing an improved resistance to breakage, they are more brilliant and permeable to light. This revolution in terms of quality and visual impact - also applied to other series of wine glassware, such as Vertical and Oxy - is able to transform immediately the experience of being at table in a bar or restaurant, as at home.

The collection that Italesse 2011 dedicates to the HO.RE.CA/B2B world, however, does not consist of exclusively glassware.
Following on from the square and rounded forms of Easy Bucket and Easy Bowl, the Easy Series is now enhanced by two new versatile products with a strong impact, Easy Bucket Oval and Easy Bowl Oval. The first is an ice bucket, the second a champagne bowl, both in acrylic material, they feature the sinuosity of an ovoid form, with detail and optical effects that result from the play between planes and the proportions of edges.
But the list of new proposals becomes even longer adding the Vas carafe by Todd Bracher, the “nomad” Stamp cutlery set by Tomàs Alonso, the Tonic Beach Policrystal® tumblers by the Swedish trio Claesson Koivisto Rune, and the latest proposals for the world of tableware consisting of melamine plates designed by Luca Nichetto for the Venti4 series, and glass tumblers in Tonic Glass by CKR.
