WHERE IS THE CHURCH?
“ For the light makes everything visible. This is why it is said, "Awake, O sleeper, rise up from thedead, and Christ will give you light." Ephesians 5:14
National, Regional and Local Audiences in the Body of Christ. October 4, 2013 – Where is the Church in
this hour?
“He is raising us up out of the dirt and ashes, to clean us up, clothe us in white that we
may pure and holy before Him in Jesus name.” Apostle Michelle Ragland
In this hour we as the church are at the crust of an awakening that is coming and has already begun. In
light of the recent outbreaks of violence in Africa and Pakistan and the Economic and communication
struggles in our nation, we must as the church open our eyes and see the great opportunity before us to
bring the Kingdom of Heaven to earth. This is our time to bring the character of God almighty to the
forefront that the world may see how loving, forgiving and all sufficient our God is.
Church, it is time to be the Resource in the earth that God has called us to be.
“For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed
me,” Matt.25:35

“What good is it, my brothers, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can that faith save him? If a
brother or sister is poorly clothed and lacking in daily food, and one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed
and filled,” without giving them the things needed for the body, what good is that? So also faith by itself, if it does
not have works, is dead. But someone will say, “You have faith and I have works.” Show me your faith apart from
your works, and I will show you my faith by my works.” James 2:14-18
God is setting his church up to be a resource for itself and for the world. There is a harvest that we must
prepare for so that we can provide the needs of our people first (congregations) and then to the world.
This is the time for Apostles, Prophets, Evangelist, Pastors and Teachers to come together in your local
areas to form a Consortium to develop some economic enhancement initiatives, and some strategies to
evangelize our areas to bring emotional, mental, physical and Spiritual healing.
This time in our nation and abroad has been challenging for all in the body of Christ and it is necessary
that we minister to ourselves first. It is time out for church as usual and it is time for us to be the church.
What the church should look like in the season:
Christian , addiction, family, youth Counselors
Creating employment opportunities for members
Financial lending organization
Job training and readiness
Shelters, housing and transitional programs for ex-offenders
And more………
It is definitely time for us to take the Kingdoms of this world and make them the Kingdoms of our Lord
and its Christ.
For those of you who have members or ministry leaders who are unemployed or on government
furlough at this time what are you doing to ensure that they stay above the tied? Are you in position to
help them so they don’t lose their homes, cars, minds? Take a moment to think about it. The church
(building) should not be only a place to come and worship, pay tithes and give offerings but it should
truly be a place of refuge for our people and then those in the world.
Let’s come together and develop strategies to change the very course of life for our people, our
community and then the world by being a resource in the earth, now!!!!!
