PRESTON PARKER “DREAMER” VINTAGE: 2014 CASES PRODUCED: 336 BLEND: 100% VIOGNIER WINEMAKER: Anna Clifford TASTING NOTES: This full bodied white has great acid complemented by aromas of tangerine, peach, and honeysuckle with hints of vanilla. OAK: Barrel fermented 12 months Neutral Oak, 5% new ALC: 14.1% VINEYARD: Sanford and Benedict VINEYARD YIELDS: 2.9 Tons/ Acre AVA: Sta. Rita Hills SOIL: Gazos clay loam / mantle of hard, siliceous chert-gravel covering deep, well- drained soils VINTAGE NOTES: Early budbreak because of a very warm Spring and early Summer. Perfect August and September weather of about 80 degrees. The cool weather allowed the fruit to hang and become phenolically mature, develop impressive color and depth.
