Exotic patterns, references to the warm tones of India and to the eastern textile colouring techniques, as well as geometric designs which recall the pebbles in the streets of Italian villages, JV Italian Design is a travel through the beauties of the world. Presented in Maison&Objet, JV503 Botanical is a collection of mixed techniques with materials on non-woven, with strong exotic and animal inspirations.

Jannelli&Volpi flies to Paris to attend Maison&Objet, the big international event dedicated to lifestyle professionals in all its expressions.

Jannelli&Volpi chose to once again attend Maison&Objet, which has always been considered the reference point for interior design. Among the other more recent collections: JV902 Genesi, an high quality and highly technical product, its three dimensional design coordinates with the material research and a refined colour scheme; JV161 Arashi, inspired by Japanese culture with options that recall its graphic techniques, nuanced designs or textile bush effects in different shades.

The new brand JWall (http://www.jannellievolpi.it/it/jwall-tailor-made/) – at the head of the already existing JWall tailor made – was launched at the January 2019 tradeshows Heimtextil in Frankfurt and Paris Déco Off.

It caters to the contract world, offering a highly technical product, very resistant and materic thanks to the grammage offered by its width. It covers the wall cancelling all imperfections, cracks and damage, offering a great decorative effect. It is presented in various solid patterns, in different shades, coordinates and graphic designs. The three collections presented: JWall Primus Reloaded, designs with strong colours and délavé and nuanced effects paired with 24 options of solid colours; JWall Forest, the iconic tropical forest design meets the warp and weft of the straw thanks to interweaving embossing; JWall Reflex, recalls the marble stones with melange designs, a colour scheme coherent with the natural material and geometric inserts with embroidery. The line JV License di Jannelli&Volpi (www.jannellievolpi.it/it/jv-licence/) includes products inspired by the art world, created thanks to collaborations with renowed brands and art foundations, created for a personal interpretation of contemporary décor.

There are four licensed collections:

Composition - A tribute to Kandinsky, launched at the first ever participation of Jannelli&Volpi at the Milan Salone del Mobile (9-14 April 2019), is an homage to the impressionist painter thanks to the re-elaboration of the key elements of his work: colour, shape, music; M. C. Escher®, is made up of original designs by Esher, among which his impossible buildings, and of inspired designs approved by the M.C. Esher Foundation; Wallcovering Marimekko5®, with innovative and eye-catching wallcoverings recalling the philosophy of the Finnish brand;

Leonardo, inspired by the writings, the works, the botanical drawings and the equestrian and human studies of the Florence genius.

Armani/Casa Exclusive Wallcoverings (http://www.jannellievolpi.it/it/armani-casa/) is among the licensed brands of Jannelli&Volpi.

Born in 2014 thanks to the collaboration with Armani/Casa, it offers a great variety of wallcoverings, characterized by refined designs in a perfect Italian style, created on precious materials. All the collections make up an articulated project which brings together furnishing and decoration, with unique texture creating fashion pieces for the house. The most recent, Armani/Casa Exclusive Wallcoverings Collection Graphic Elements 02 is a journey though some of the most famous islands of the Mediterranean.

The core element is colour, fundamental tones such as red, indigo, forest, Veronese and petrol green are audaciously combined with elegant neutral tones. The options of fixture are also rich and refined with precious plissé and natural linen gauze. The iconic Armani designs are not to be missed: the fil posé on a moirée design on a large scale and in bright tones, an elegant texture shagreen in unexpected nuances, a deconstructed damier with ton-sur-ton tints. JANNELLI&VOLPI PROFILE

Founed in 1961 by Oreste Jannelli, is the Italian leader in the wallpaper and wallcoverings industry, in the 100% Made in Italy product holding the highest standards for style and quality. Today it belongs to Oreste Jannelli’s son Mauro Jannelli (President) and his daughters Paola Jannelli (Head of CreativeLab and Marketing), Lidia Jannelli (Administrative director).

1970 - the new headquarter in via Melzo 7 in Milan is opened, with a great project signed by the architect Parmatti, becoming though the years a reference point for architects, artisans and wholesalers in Italy.

1971 - SIRPI s.p.a is founded, the wallcoverings and wallpaper factory. A productive challenge of expertise and creativity, gaining through the years a protagonist role on a world level.

1980 - The great communication campaigns are born.

2006 - The via Melzo headquarters are renewed, becoming a reference point for wallpaper and décor textiles, now presenting the JV store and an event space. At the first Fuorisalone it presents ‘Wallpaper on demand’ to produce on demand wallcoverings.

2009 - During Maison&Objet it launches J&V Italian Design (www.jv-italiandesign.com): wallpapers for the international and contract world; in April Marimakko wallcovering by Sirpi is launched and today it is at its fifth edition.

For its 50 years (1961-2011) it presents J&V 5x10 Celebration, design Paola Navone, Italo Lupi, Giulio Iacchetti, Diego Grandi and Matteo Ragni, all reunited in the book Wallpaper Celebration published by Corraini.

2014 - the new production factory in Tribiano is opened, a factory ahead of its time, where innovation and creativity are expressed at their best. Here it holds all the managing and production energy.

04/2012 - ‘Wallpaper Revolution’ by Matteo Ragni, revolutions the historic Gallery in the showroom. J&V 5x10 Celebration is selected in the Adi Design Index 2012.

04/2013 - ‘Wonder Wallpaper’ presents Jwall tailor made (www.jwalltailormade.com) custom designs, materials and sizes and the wallcovering designed by lago and Jannelli&Volpi CreativeLab. 2014/2017 - takes part in Heimtextil/Frankfurt (January) and MosBuild/Mosca (April).

04/2014 - ‘Exclusive Wallpaper’ presents ‘Armani/Casa Exclusive Wallcoverings Collection’, on stage also at Armani/Via Sant’Andrea. Jwall tailor made is selected Adi Design Index 2014.

04/2015 - ‘WelcomeWallpaper’ by Matteo Ragni presents 8 rooms set up by stylists on the theme of hospitality, with new collections among which Armani/Casa Exclusive Wallcoverings Collection-Refined Structures 1. The boutique Armani/via Monte Napoleone re-opens and its walls are decorated with ‘Nabucco’ Armani/Casa Armani/Casa Exclusive Wallcoverings Collection – Precious Fibers 1. 3Dots by Lago, created with Jannelli&Volpi, is selected in ADI Design Index 2015.

04/2016 - ‘Wallpaper Interiors’ launches Armani/Casa Exclusive Wallcoverings Collection-Graphic Elements 1. JanVel/JWall tailor made runs for the XXIV Compasso d’Oro. The boutique Armani/Casa is founded in Venice and its walls are decorated with Armani/Casa Exclusive Wallcoverings Collection.

04/2017 - ‘MissoniHome Wallcoverings01’ is launched with ‘Wallpaper Rhapsody’. Installations are curated by Martinelli Venezia, Jannelli&Volpi’s collections are works in a kaleidoscopic art gallery. 04/2018 - At the Fuorisalone ‘Wallpaper Land’ is presented, the event focuses on the behind the scenes in the factory, is curated by Matteo Ragni Studio. The new format Project Lounge is inaugurated, dedicated to the dialogue between Business and professionals in the contract world. It presents the innovative licensed collection M.C. Escher®.

01/2019 - In January it takes part in the international events (Heimtextil – Frankfurt; Déco Off – Paris) where the new brand JWall is presented (collections Primus Reloaded, Forest, Reflex) and the new collection JV902 Genesi and JV161 Arashi (JV Italian Design line), Altagamma Kilt (Altagamma line by Sirpi) and the collection Venetian Damask 8. As well as the collections: Wallcoverings02 MissoniHome and Armani/Casa Wallcoverings Collection – Graphic Elements 02. 04/2019 - With its more institutional presence, at the Fiera, in the pavilion where the contract projects are found in the new area S.Project at the Milan Salone del Mobile, it enters with a 200m2 stand, with a project signed by Matteo Ragni and Paola Jannelli (Director of the CreativeLab Jannelli&Volpi). In this occasion CO.DE Contemporary Design by Jannelli is launched, the brand is completely dedicated to the contract world and professionals for tailor-made projects. The offer includes custom and non-custom wallcoverings, which allow for a choice of highly technical and precious fixtures. All the fixtures – including natural high-end fibres such as silk, raffia, can be treated with special finishing, allowing them to be employed in busy and humid environments. Jannelli&Volpi creates closeness with businesses with a common vision, establishing strategic collaborations.
