To study the Customer response & Brand awareness of Pride of Cows in Pune
region.
Secondary objective:
To check the brand awareness of Pride of Cows.
To study the buying behavior.
To check the customer response for Pride of Cows product & service.

Research type : Descriptive Research & Exploratory Research
Sample method : Simple Random Sampling
Sampling frame : Societies, Joggers Park, Gyms in PCMC area
Sample size : 50, since the time was limited & the area for the research
was limited to PCMC area.

Project has limited time only for 45 days.
Our Project was limited only to Pune region.
Lack of Brand Visibility & advertisement so low awareness.
Because of premium product they have low customer base.
Findings
It is a pure, hygienic and fresh cow’s milk and the process they are
using is totally organic.
The customers are highly satisfied with the quality, supply and
service of the product.
10% of the sample size were aware about Pride of Cows milk.
The Pride of Cow’s customers faces only problem with the pricing as
compare with the competitors.
Pride of Cows is completely unadulterated & high nutritional value.
Suggestions
To have very effective logistics and distribution channel.
Availability of milk in half liter.
More promotional activity should be done.
To come up with some variety in products.
To come up with Customer Relationship Management Program.
Company should come up with various schemes, offers, monthly &
annual subscriptions.
