How Service Fee Levels Work: Allows the same product to go to different

agencies at a different price. Each service fee level is given a default

amount equal to price for the majority of donated products.

Each agency is given a service fee level with the correct default amount.

If a product’s category is set to charge service fee, the agency pays the default amount, unless the price is overridden.
