Bio As of the writing of this document, I am the Number One Agent in Prince Edward Island, and here are some of the reasons I got here:

• Professional high-definition video is recorded by a Nationally and Internationally known videographer.

• Aerial Photos and Aerial video recorded from Drone and/or Aircraft. (I have a pilot and plane on staff).

• MLS Description of property is professionally copy written and made Search Engine (SEO) and People friendly. The description is lifestyle driven to de-commoditize the property. It is no longer a house, but a lifestyle.

• Full Size feature sheets are distributed to local cooperating banks, and institutions.

• Post Cards are sent to potential buyers, and local neighbors.

• The 24 Hour a Day Open House sign is installed on-site:

• Listing sheet is created to be Search Engine and People friendly; being submitted to and automatically picked up by search engines across the planet.

• GPS coordinates are confirmed so all search engines will place the property where it needs to be for search engines, and smart phone apps. This is commonly overlooked.
