What is eTICKETING?
• eTICKETING is a new process replacing the need to print and send paper tickets.Passengers will retrieve their travel documents using the princess.com CruisePersonalizer.
• The new e-documents will replace the current paper tickets, whilst also givingpassengers access to more information and additional services.
• All passengers will continue to receive a Cruise Answer Book, including luggagelabels, at approximately 8 weeks prior to departure . We will also continue to sendflight tickets as we do today.
• Princess Cruises introduced e-documents for US passengers some time ago so it isfantastic that we are now able to provide the same service to UK passengerstravelling with Princess Cruises.

This passenger has completed their Passenger Immigration information and is now able to print/email their Travel Summary & Boarding Pass, by selecting ‘Print My Boarding Pass’

• You will receive an email as soon as your eTICKET BOARDING PASS is
available, which is approximately 7 weeks prior to departure.
Q) I haven’t provided you with an email address, how will I know to access my eTICKETBOARDING PASS?
• You can add your email address via Cruise Personalizer, we will then send an alert via email
• You can contact your Travel Agent
Q) What details do I need to log-on to Cruise Personalizer?

Q) Why is my eTICKET BOARDING PASS not available?
• Is your Passenger Immigration information complete? You will need to
complete this information before being able to access your eTICKET BOARDING PASS.
• Your eTICKET BOARDING PASS may not be available yet (available approximately 7
weeks prior to departure).
Q) Why do you need my credit card details?
• Credit card information is required in advance to set up your shipboard account. Further
details regarding shipboard accounts can be found in the Cruise Answer Book.
Q) My cruise leaves in 5 days time (or less), can I still access my Travel Documents and eTICKETBOARDING PASS?
• The Travel Summary and eTICKET BOARDING PASS can still be accessed to download and
print up to the day of departure, as long as your Passenger Immigration and
Credit Card information is complete.

Q) I’m sailing within the next 5 days and I can’t Download or Print my eTICKET BOARDING PASSbecause my Passenger Immigration and/or Credit Card Information is incomplete. What doI do?
• Call Princess Reservations who can complete this information for you. The passenger will
need to log out and back into Cruise Personalizer for these changes to take effect and then
allow access to the eTICKET BOARDING PASS.
Q) What about flight tickets?
• We will continue to send flight tickets as we do today.
Q) How do I obtain luggage labels for my holiday?
• Luggage labels will be included in the Pre-Cruise Mailing sent directly to passengers
at approximately 8 weeks prior to departure.
