IntroductionWe must recognize that the recovery of basic

values such as respect, love, equality, and to understand that climate change is a reality are priorities for the country and it is essential that the population has spaces for learning and development needs to know what are the reasons, the dangers and consequences of the loss of values of climate change as well as the ways we can adapt

The Earth Charter is an educational tool represents an ethical framework for learning, mitigation and adaptation to, since not only the economic, technological and political changes are responsible for the environmental crisis and values that you live in my country .

in Mexico people have a problem of "paternalism" to the government, insecurity and the feeling of not being able to do anything is very large, so the need for security and empowerment
