1.All retail prices include vat at the current rate of 20% where applicable. Books and catalogues are currently zero rated •items so are exempt from VAT. If the rate and scope of VAT change retail prices will be adjusted accordingly. Trade prices are net, and VAT must be added at the current rate to all inland orders (and EU orders if no VAT number is available). Channel Islands will not be charged VAT but will incur postage charges - see below.

2. • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All goods are invoiced at price ruling at time of despatch and are subjecttoalterationduetocurrencyfluctuationsandmanufacturer’srevision.Wewillendeavourtocontactyouifthepricehassignificantlychanged.

3. UK mainland carriage paid order for UK mainland orders over • £75 invoice value. Orders below this amount will be charged postage at cost. Parcels (anything over 2kg) sent to the following UK areas will be charged a surcharge per parcel:NorthernIreland,ScottishHighlands&Islands,IsleofWight&IslesofScilly-pleasecontactusfordetailsofthissurcharge.

4. • Any goods that have to be ordered in including supplements cannot be returned and we would prefer that a valid card payment is given when placing orders for non stock items. Goods are not supplied on sale or return. If you need to return faulty goods please contact us before returning them.

5.Wewilldoourbesttodespatchyourorder,orpartofyourorder,asquicklyaspossible.Ifyouwouldlikeyourparcel•delivered on a particular day please let us know. If we are not able to despatch the whole of your order we may decide to part ship your order, or hold back despatch if stock is due to arrive in the near future - we will inform you of any extended delays in supplying any part of your order.

6. Postage is always extra on Overseas orders, including the Channel Islands, and charged at rates prevailing at time of •despatch, we will always try and get the most economic price for your delivery costs.

7. Should a parcel arrive damaged in transit please notify us immediately. Keeping all the packaging for inspection.•

Goods remain the property of the company until payment is made in full. If your account is not kept up to date we reserve the right to withdraw credit facilities without notice.

Early payment discounts are available for account customers - if the invoice is settled within 7 days of issue, 3% discount can be deducted from the net goods total. Your invoice will show both the non-discount amount and the early payment discount amount - we are happy to hold you card details and charge when the amount becomes due.

11. Overseas credit account customers will now be required to provide credit card details when placing an order - this will be charged on despatch taking advantage of the early payment discount.
