We work behind the scenes to guarantee you’ll have an unparalleled experience at Central and take great pride in working with you to create the event you’ve been dreaming of! Including options for full furniture removal, a red carpet, DJ booth, step and repeat, dance floor, valet parking, separate entrance, and the ability to use our large 10 foot projector, anything is possible! Whatever the occasion, we are here to help you celebrate.

We have hand-picked a team of passionate individuals who are experts in their craft and will be there to support you throughout your event and cater to your every need. Our goal is to pamper you in any way we can because we truly get such joy from doing so.

At Central, we cultivate regular guests by creating a family atmosphere and getting to know each of our patrons. Take over Central with this option! A full restaurant buyout is possible if you are looking to host 100+ people and want the luxury of having the full bar exclusively to you and your guests. With a full restaurant buyout, we will work with you to create a customized menu, drink specials, and help you host an event your group will never forget! A full buyout is great for company holiday parties, birthdays, and special occasions such as wedding receptions and retirement parties!

The food and beverage minimum Sunday - Thursday is $10,000 and $12,000 Friday and Saturday (plus tax and service charge).

In November and December, the food and beverage minimum is $12,000 Sunday - Thursday and $15,000 Friday and Saturday (plus tax and service charge).

A non-refundable room charge of $1,000 applies to all full restaurant buyouts.
