Policies & Procedures

To guarantee your reservation, a 50% deposit is required. Our deposit refund policy is as follows:

30 days - 90% refund



13 days or less - total forfeiture of deposit

The party host must contact the Banquet coordinator at least 14 days prior to your function with the menu selection and approximate count

Menu changes are acceptable up to seven days prior to the function.

The attendance guarantee is due TEN days prior to function date and is payable for that amount.

Final payment is due in full SEVEN days prior to the function.

The Electric Stick & Marvaso’s Italian Grille are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

No hanging of decorations from the ceiling or taping anything to the walls or pillars.

All candles used for decorations or centerpieces must be enclosed by glass per fire department regulations.
