New Vendor Creation in the Portal

1. Introduction: This document consists about highlighting the steps required to create and register a new vendor in the

T4EDU vendor portal.

Therefore, the process would consist of:

Creating new vendor account credentials (username and password)

Filling in Vendor’s registration data (using the provided username and password)

1.1 Creating new vendor account credentials (username and password) After accessing the web portal page https://cpd.t4edu.com , execute the following steps:

1. Click on the “Vendor registration” link in the Login section below.

2. Click on the “I agree with T4EDU Terms and Conditions” checkbox in order to accept the

registration process Terms and Conditions and click “Next” in order to move to the next form


3. Complete the Preliminary registration in order to receive Username & Password


4. Upon clicking the Register button, the system will display a registration acknowledgement

message and system generated password will be sent to the registered email. User can change

the password later on.

1.2 Filling in Vendor’s registration data Upon receiving the system’s generated password at the provided email account:

1. Login to the system through the newly provided username and password


2. After login, click the Profile button to go to the profile.


3. Fill-in the Forms/Tabs to complete the registration:

For Public, Governmental and NGOs

There is only one form. Fill-in all the required fields


For Private and Companies

• Organization’s General information

• Organization's Services, Ownership and Geographical Operations

• Attached Files

• Historical Experience for Completed Projects in Organization's Services

• Human Capital

• Operational Capability

• Financial Capability

1.2.1 Completion of Organization’s General Information Tab Upon accessing the Organization’s General Information’s Tab, fill-in all the required fields:

1. Complete the Organization's Name, Address and Contacts section:


2. Complete the Organization's Primary and Alternate Contacts sections

3. Press “Next” button and the data will be saved and user will be moved to next tab and success

message will appear on the bottom of the page.


1.2.2 Completion of Organization's Services Ownership and Geographical Operations Tab Upon accessing the Organization's Services Ownership and Geographical Operations Tab, fill-in all the

required fields:

1. Complete the Organization's services section:


2. Complete the Organization's ownership and management section


3. Complete the Organization's Business Operations Geographies section


1.2.3 Completion of Attached Files Tab Upon accessing the Attached Files Tab, fill-in all the required fields:

1. Complete the licensing registration requirements section, as per figures below:

For Local/Domestic Supplier:

For Foreign/International Supplier:


1.2.4 Completion of Historical Experience for Completed Projects Tab Upon accessing the Historical Experience for Completed Projects Tab:

1. Complete the experience with THC (Tatweer Holding Company) (for the last 5 years) if there’s

any project delivered under THC.

2. Complete the experience with key customers (for the last 5 years) (as per selected main service category)


1.2.5 Completion of Human Capital Tab Upon accessing the human capital tab:

1. Complete the Key personnel section as follows: at least 3 key personnel required

2. Complete the Organization’s Organization/Management section as follows:


1.2.6 Completion of Operational Capability Tab 1. Upon accessing the Operational Capability Tab, complete the following:

1.2.8 Submission of Registration Request 1. Once the last Tab ''SUBMIT” is reached, user can download the updated registration form and

arrange to be attested by Chamber of Commerce, then Upload the attested documents in order

to proceed and submit the registration request


2. Upon pressing the SUBMIT button, system generates an acknowledgment as follows:
