Straight out of the box, ICN Analytics will be prepopulated with your top-level Project package, identified during the ICN facilitated workshop.
The following steps will help you build the project structure and add/edit contents.

• Right click on any package and you will see the menu options available based on data entered and permission levels
• ‘Package Details’ must be completed before new packages can be added
• Line Item Commitments must be entered before Spend to Date (STD) and Estimate to Complete (ETC) can be submitted
• Reports cannot be downloaded until STD and ETC data is submitted

• Effective date is when the data is accurate (ideally submission date however it is understood that is not always possible)
• You can use “Save for Later” to check your numbers before submitting
only submit when absolutely sure,
there is no turning back

• STD date aligns with Spend To Date submissions
• You can use “Save for Later” to check your numbers before submitting

Right click on the Package Download Estimate To Complete
All downloadable reports display the latest submitted data.
Each spreadsheet is fully editable and contains notes to explain red cell discrepencies
ensure you have enabled
editing on Excel spreadsheet
Displays the latest submitted data prior to the selected LIDP Summary revision date
Reports cannot be downloaded until STD and ETC data is submitted
