Standard Preventive Maintenance Package

This is our 70-point full service package that includes all parts, labor and travel expenses (no hidden costs). Tools are broken down and inspected for wear all parts are re-greased and torqued. All O-rings and seals showing wear are replaced. Tools, power units and hoses are pressure and force tested to make sure they are running at manu-facturers specifications.

Free Repairs

With our preventive maintenance program any emergency repairs are free excluding non-warranty parts. No charges for travel, hours or miscellaneous items.

Regular maintenance by a factory certified technician is required to maintain Holmatro’s lifetime warranty.

Vehicle Extrication Training Classes

We teach not only HOW to use extrication tools but also WHY. With 25+ years of auto extrication instructing, we customize 1, 2 or 3 day classes to meet your department needs.

Classroom and hands-on classes available for:

New Vehicle Anatomy: Learn the latest techniques in advanced extrication including the latest in rescuer safety,

from airbags as well as other pyrotechnic impact protection features. Also featured will be up and coming advancements in metal alloys and their related problems for rescuers, seat belt pre-tensioners, and break-resistant glass and car fires.

Hybrid & Alternative Fuel Vehicles: Basic construction of a hybrid vehicle and the special challenges a rescuer

will face during an extrication along with a 10 point standard operating procedure for working on hybrids. This class is in-cluded in our new vehicle extrication classes.

Lifting Bag Operations: Covers basic operations in the use of lifting bags along with the care and maintenance of

your lifting bag system.

Introduction to Holmatro: Covers basic theories & principals of hydraulics, maintenance, troubleshooting and re-

pair operations for Holmatro rescue tools.

Advisory: The NHTSA is requiring all auto manufactures to install laminated glass on side windows starting in 2017.
