No Claims Discount Protection (optional)This optional benefit applies only if shown as included on your InsuranceCertificate.

You are entitled to make 1 claim during the current period of insurance, or 2claims in a 3-year period without affecting your NCD. For additional claims, yourNCD will be reduced on renewal.

However, if "Rating 1 for Life" is shown on your Insurance Certificate, you willkeep your maximum NCD (Rating 1) for life, as long as you continue your policywith this NCD Protection.

If “Rating 1 for Life” is not shown on your Insurance Certificate, you will qualifyfor this extra benefit after holding this policy for 2 years continuously with NCDprotection and without making any claim.

For more information about NCD, please refer to our Premium, Excess andDiscount (PED) Guide which is available on our website or by calling us.

Reduced Window Glass excess (optional)This optional benefit applies only if noted on your Insurance Certificate, andonly to front, rear or side windows.

Accident Hire Car (optional)This optional benefit is only available with “Comprehensive” cover and appliesonly if shown as included on your Insurance Certificate.

If we agree to pay your at fault claim we will arrange for a compact hire car foryou to use until the car is repaired, your claim paid, or for a maximum period of14 days, whichever occurs first ("hire period").

Where the car is safe to drive, the hire car will only become available from thedate the authorised repairs are due to commence or the date we assess the carto be a total loss.

This benefit is subject to availability of a hire car and covers the daily cost ofa compact hire car during the hire period. We will only pay costs for a hire cararranged and authorised by us. We will not pay any additional costs of hiring,including but not limited to fuel, insurance or damage to the hire car. You needto agree to the hire car company hiring conditions (including paying a rentalbond, insurance and any excess if you damage the car) and collect and returnthe hire car.

Note: Hire Car Following a No Fault Accident and Hire Car Following Theft arestandard policy benefits (refer to PDS Part A).

Choice of Repairer (optional)This optional benefit is only available with “Comprehensive” cover and appliesonly if shown as included on your Insurance Certificate.

If you have purchased this option, you may choose to nominate your preferredrepairer.In this case, we will:

require you to provide us with a quotation for the repairs to the car from yourpreferred repairer,determine the most suitable method of repairs based on the damage to thecar,review the quotation to ensure:

it is competitive, based on the reasonable cost to repair the car, asdetermined by us, andthat the repairs will be completed to what we consider a satisfactorystandard, and

decide whether or not to authorise repairs.

However, if we consider a repairer's quotation is not competitive, or that therepairs would not be completed to a satisfactory standard, we may decide not toauthorise repairs and to:

have the car repaired by an alternative repairer chosen by us, orpay you the reasonable cost to satisfactorily repair the car, as determined byus.

If we authorise repairs at the repairer you nominated, we are not responsible forensuring that the repairer can undertake or complete the repairs when it suitsyou.

Fees that may be chargedOnce you have taken out a policy, our agent, as shown on your InsuranceCertificate, may charge any of the fees below (if applicable):

Early Cancellation $40.00

Monthly Instalment Processing 12 payments of 66 cents per $100of premium or part thereof.

Fortnightly Instalment Processing 26 payments of 31 cents per $100of premium or part thereof.

Auto & General Services Pty Ltd will provide youwith a Carbon Offset Service when you buy this

product. The Carbon Offset Service terms follow.

Carbon Offset Service - terms and conditions1. When you apply for Ibuyeco 100% carbon neutral car insurance (Ibuyeco), We willuse reasonable endeavours to estimate the projected Emissions of your car over thenext year. We arrange for Carbon Reduction to offset 100% of the projected Emissions,which will be noted on your Insurance Certificate.

2. For our calculation We use current guidelines issued by the Australian GreenhouseOffice and information We collect from you about the car engine and annual mileage.We can give you more details about Our calculation or you can visit the Ibuyeco website:www.ibuyeco.com.au. We do not retrospectively adjust our calculations based on youractual mileage or changes to your car mid-term.

3. If you cancel your insurance policy during the Cooling Off Period We will refund yourCarbon Offset Payment to you (however you may not be entitled to a refund of yourpremium: please refer to Part A of this PDS for details). If you cancel your insurancepolicy after the Cooling-Off Period has expired We cannot refund your Carbon OffsetPayment as We may have arranged the Carbon Reduction already.

4. At renewal We will automatically calculate your Carbon Offset Payment for the nextyear based on the information you provided last year. If your anticipated annual mileagechanges, please tell Us so We can use this in our calculation.

5. The Carbon Offset Service is exclusive to the Ibuyeco product. We provide the CarbonOffset Service. Auto & General Insurance Company issues the insurance.

6. The following words have a special meaning in these terms and conditions:Carbon Offset Payment: the annual upfront fee We charge you for the Carbon OffsetService, itemised in the Payment Details section of your Insurance Certificate andpayable in addition to the insurance premium and any other fees We charge you. If youchoose to spread the cost of the product over a year, the Carbon Offset Payment isdeducted from your first instalment.Carbon Offset Service: the service We provide to you when you buy this product,including: calculating the Emissions of your car for one year, calculating the CarbonOffset Payment and arranging the Carbon Reduction.Carbon Reduction: the activities carried out by Our service provider, which mayinvolve establishing carbon sequestration projects including large scale landscapetransformation, native tree plantings, salinity abatement, water quality improvementor habitat restoration. Carbon Reduction takes time. Under recognised guidelines,Emissions are offset as a project matures and only if intended for the long term (up to100 years or more, depending on plant species).Emissions: the volume of greenhouse gases calculated to be emitted by your car as aresult of its consumption of fossil fuels.We, Our and Us means Auto & General Services Pty Ltd ABN 61 003 617 909.
