Product Introduction:

The new Class III product offering includes the T2310, T2320, T2330 standard economy and deluxe models. New Holland is expanding this class range and also making numerous product enhance-ments to help grow the business in this horsepower segment. The following document will review the product changes and improvements for the New T2300 Series Boomer™ Tractors.

The TC35A-DA at 35 hp is being discontinued in early 2008. New Holland is re-launching 40 and 45 engine horsepower units (Rops and Cab) , replacing the current TC40DA and TC45DA. The new models are the T2310 (40 hp) and T2320 (45hp). In addition to these two models, New Holland is introducing a 50 engine hp unit, the T2330 (Rops, Gear only). The new 50 hp unit will position New Holland more favorably against competitive models in this horsepower range.

The SuperSuite™ Cab is available on the T2310 and T2320. A cab on the T2330 will be launched in 2008.

Shibaura Engines are high torque, 4-cylinder, naturally aspirated engines that are very fuel efficient with large cubic-inch displacements.Engine speeds are rated at 2600 rpm for the T2310 and T2320 and 2800 rpm for the T2330. Low engine speeds produce better fuel econ-omy, less noise, and longer life. PTO horsepower is very important because it is simply what does the work. An average of 2 implements are sold with each compact trac-tor. The chart above displays the hp and pto hp ratings for the T2300 Series Tractors. The T2300 Series Tractors are approved to be fueled on B5, 5% bio-diesel. (Meeting ASTM 6751 Standards) A 13 gal. fuel tank capacity keeps the opera-tor working longer, with fewer interruptions for refueling. Fuel tank is located at the rear of the tractor for the Rops and Cab models.

New Model and Decal ChangeA new model numbering system is being im-plemented throughout all New Holland Prod-ucts. The new model number indicated Tier III emissionized engines and a New Decal.

A new Blue and Yellow decal is being placed on the tractors representing the new Logo for New Holland Agriculture.

Transmission and Driveline:

4-speed DualPower™ Hydrostatic Transmission is available on the T2310 and T2320. Operators can adjust the speed on the go for added con-venience, especially during loader applications.

The T2310 and T2320 have a 2-Range HST Trans-mission with a high and low speed in each range, creating a 4-speed transmission.

The Range shift lever is located to the left hand side of the operator seat and is embossed with the function making it easy for any operator to feel comfortable. The high/lo function is located on the loader/joystick, for added convenience and on-the-go speed changes.

The added torque is ideal for loader work be-cause it allows the operator to downshift into a work pile and then upshift into reverse and exit.

Forward and Reverse pedals are located on the right hand side of the tractor platform. Having separate direction pedals make it easy for op-erators to learn how to operate the tractor with minimal foot movement.

A 12 x 12 Synchro Shuttle Shift transmission is available on the T2310, T2320, and T2330. 12 forward and 12 reverse speeds deliver a large range of speed choices. This transmission op-tion allows operators to shift gears without fully coming to a complete stop. Gear shift levers are located beside the steering wheel, no extra reach is required.

A New and Advanced automotive style Instrument panel is being introduced on the T2300 series gear tractors. These enhance-ments include a larger display and a digital hour meter.

SuperSteer™ w/SensiTrak™

Industry exclusive, SuperSteer™ front-wheel drive, is available on the T2310 and T2320. The Super-Steer front axle offers an exceptionally small turnaround diameter. Turnaround diameter is mea-sured from the center point of the rear axle.

When you turn the steering wheel, the wheels turn while the axle articulates. The inner wheel offsets from the frame, permitting more tire clearance. At the same time, the outer wheel moves forward. Results - A sharper turning radius angle, a smaller turnaround diameter, and the ability to maneuver around in small areas.

SuperSteer gives operators a 50% smaller turnaround diameter than the competition.

Sensitrak™ is a compliment to SuperSteer. Sensitrak engages FWD when the job demands it. Sensitrak senses when to engage or disengage FWD by comparing the speed of the front wheels with the speed of the rear wheels. When the tractor senses slippage, FWD automatically engages and then automatically disengages when it is not needed.

Benefits:No worry, no fuss. The tractor does the thinking for you. Saves Turf Conditions. During mowing and loader applications, Sensitrak prevents turf damage from slippage. Saves time and money. Sensitrak™ is automatic, there is no need to stop, engage, and then go. The operator can keep working with no interruptions. Saves turf, tires, reduces driveline wear and tear and reduces fuel consumption.

Sales InformationOperator Comfort:

Many deluxe features on the operator platform make the New Holland T2300 Series superior to the competition.

Platform: Open semi-flat platform design. Mount-ing and dismounting is easy with an open platform and a wide entry threshold. Anti-skid rubber mate-rial platform (HST Models) creates a non-slip floor and a deluxe finished look. Grab handles placed on the fenders provide additional safety for the operator.

Operator Seat: A comfortable seat provides plenty of back support while operating the tractor. The seat has a high back and contours to your thighs with the new side grooves. The seat also adjusts on an incline/decline plane (ROPS ONLY). No matter how tall or short an operator is, adjusting the seat allows everyone to have the same forward and side visibility and also positions the operator well to reach the controls. Grooves in the seat allow for increased ventilation and keep the operator cool and comfortable. Retractable Seat Belt is stan-dard. (Deluxe models only)

Swivel Seat: Deluxe cushioned seat provides oper-ator comfort and a swivel function for added con-venience. The swivel function helps operators into the seat as well as a view to the rear implement. The swivel seat creates less stress on the operator when they are turning to look at the rear imple-ment. (Deluxe models only)

Tilt and Telescoping Steering Wheel - Infinite tilt helps different size operator’s feel comfortable. Telescoping steering wheel allows the operator to adjust the steering wheel position according to the operator’s needs. A comfortable operator is going to be a more productive operator. (Deluxe models only)

Embossed Controls: It’s simple to identify the function of each control because it’s color coded and engraved on the tip. Controls are also con-veniently placed along the sides of the operator seat, making it an easy reach for the operator to change ranges or operate 3-pt. (Deluxe models only)

Foldable Rops: Foldable Rops is standard on all T2300 series tractors. This feature is ideal when driv-ing through areas where branches hang low, or parking in a low profile building.

Sales InformationOperator Comfort cont:

Many deluxe features on the operator platform make the New Holland T2300 Series superior to the competition.

Responsive Hydrostatic Power Steering creates less stress on the operator and makes driving the trac-tor a breeze. The smoothness of the steering decreases operator fatigue and creates a happy, more productive operator.

Thick Grab handles are located on the left and right hand side fenders give the operator a helping hand when getting on and off the tractor. Steps are also available to help operators get on and off the tractor safely.

Fuel tank is conveniently located at the rear of the tractor, allowing quick and easy access. Most Ho-meowners are re-fueling the tractor using a fuel container, so lifting it up to the fuel tank on the T2300 series will not be difficult. On competitive units such as Kubota, the fuel tank location is on the hood of the tractor. Refueling is going to be more difficult especially when a front-end loader is installed.

SuperSuite™ Cab

The SuperSuite™ Cab is available on the T2310 (40 hp) and T2320 (45hp) Tractor models. The Cab tractors are available with a 4-Speed DualPower™ Hydrostatic Transmission only with standard FWD front axle. SuperSteer™ FWD axle is optional.

Standard Cab Features Include:

Standard Heat and Air conditioning for a stable and comfortable interior climate regardless of exterior conditions.

High Visibility Panel allows operators to see the loader tool through the full range of motion for increased visibility and productivity.

The SuperSuite Cab is iso-mounted for a comfortable and quiet ride.

Sales InformationLighting and Electrical Package:

Best-in-Class lighting package: 4 halogen head lights with dual beam pro-vides not only forward visibility, but side to side as well. Most homeowners will be using their boomer tractor after work and a great lighting package is key to staying productive.

The SuperSuite™ Cab also has the Best-in-Class lighting package with 2 standard front cab halogen lights and 2 standard rear cab halo-gen lights. Lights are adjustable and illuminate out to the sides of the tractor. Major Competi-tors such as Kubota and John Deere offer rear cab lights as optional equipment.

Two front and rear amber turn signals and warning lights are integrated into the cab and rops units.

Two taillights and brake lights are also standard on the T2300 series tractors.

Serviceability:Serviceability made easy. The New Holland T2300 series tractors are designed with an easy flip up, gas strut assist hood. In one effortless motion, an operator can unlatch the hood, stand back and watch it open. The operator has complete access to the battery, oil fill, dipstick, air filter, and more. All service components are easy to access. There are no side panels to remove.

Once the hood is raised, the battery is located out front where it’s easy to access.

Dual-Element Air Filter prolongs the life of the engine.

The oil can be checked without lifting the hood. The engine oil dipstick is located on the right hand side of the tractor, just below the hood. There are no side panels to remove.

Transmission oil dipstick is located on the op-erator platform. Nothing gets in the operator’s way.

Hydraulics, 3 pt. Hitch:

High capacity, live-hydraulics provide power to the three-point hitch and remote valves, ensuring that the operator has ample power for a variety of implements. A dedicated gear pump supplies generous hydraulic flow to power a loader, back-hoe, or other hydraulically operated equipment, while a separate pump supplies power to the hydrostatic power steering system. Total hydraulic flow on the T2300 series Tractors is 14.9 gpm.

Open Center Hydraulic System is capable of producing up to 9.8 gpm flow. The power steering pump is rated at 5.1 gpm for the T2300 series trac-tors, Rops and Cab models.

The T2300 Series tractors can be equipped with rear remote hydraulic valves for powering lift cyl-inders and other external hydraulic requirements. The rear remotes are offered as a Dealer Installed Accessory (DIA).

3 position simple valves (Raise, Neutral, and Lower) 4 position deluxe valves (Raise, Float, Neutral, and lower).

Gear models feature new, deluxe-style rear re-mote valves. These valves feature float and de-tent setting for increased functionality. Up to 2 rear remotes can be installed.

Hydrostatic Deluxe models can be equipped with up to 3 rear remote valves. These are “simple” 3 position valves that have a lower, neutral, and raise position. The remote lever automatically returns to the neutral position when the lever is released.

For Loader applications, T2300 series tractors can be factory equipped w/two open center mid-mounted valves.

The Standard SAE measurement rating for Lift Ca-pacity at 24” behind 3-pt is 2330 lbs.

The T2300 series tractors can handle larger imple-ments with ease.

Standard deluxe 3-pt. hitch makes it easier to at-tach implements,

Standard Telescoping Stabilizers can be locked to hold the implement to shift laterally.

Flexible Link ends can be extended to help with attaching the rear implement, especially when working alone.

Standard adjustable and swinging drawbar easily adapts to a variety of jobs. Length can be ad-justed to maintain the proper relationship with PTO implements. No tools are required to extend or swing the drawbar, just remove the pin and make the adjustment.

The T2300 Series tractors are equipped with fully independent 540 PTO systems.

PTO is conveniently controlled with a lever locat-ed to the right hand side of the operator seat.

Visibility

Best-in-Class visibility comes at no surprise due to the slopped hood design of the T2300 Boomer Tractor’s have.

When the operator is sitting on the tractor, forward visibility is great. You can easily see the top of the New Holland loader bucket from the operator seat.

The operator can even see the bucket when raised, through the high visibility roof panel.

The incline/decline designed operator’s seat allows optimal forward visibility be-cause your not sitting low in the seat. The operator is able to see what’s going on in front of the tractor.

The 250TL and 260TL Loaders :

Curved Boom Design: Not only does the curved design of the 200TL Series loader complement the sleek hood of the New Holland Boomer Tractor, it provides better visibility and greater strength.

Large Rectangular Torque Tube: Provides the loader with strength and durability when han-dling large loads.

Easy-Spin Cam Pin design: A quick-mount sys-tem that allows operators to take on/take off the loader easily. The loader towers have ramps which allow the loader arms to slide right into place without the use of hydraulics.

The easy-spin cam pin locks the loader to the tractor mounting bracket. The pin is flat on one side allowing for misalignment.

Hydraulic lines are located behind the torque tube to prevent damage during heavy loader applications.

The industrial style bucket has a smooth round back to allow for easier bucket cleaning with sticky materials.

Unmatched visibility is what you get when using the New Holland 250TL or 260TL loader. Take your seat behind the wheel and you’ll find that you can easily see the top edge of the bucket. An operator is able to work with confidence.

The 250TL loader can be installed on the T2310 , T2320, T2330 with Standard 2WD or 4WD axle.

The 260TL loader can be installed on the T2310. T2320 equipped with SuperSteer™ .
