Acciaio Eco LEDIndustrial LED luminaire

Acciaio Eco LED is the reply to the request for products with a hightechnological content for particularly demanding applications in highriskareas. The steel housing and glass diffuser present both excellentmechanical resistance (IK09) and resistance to aggressive chemicalagents. In the industrial field, it is ideally used in installations in environ-ments with an explosive atmosphere, caused either by alterationsof a gaseous type or by the presence of combustible powderssuspended in the air (according to Standard ATEX 2014/34/EU forzones 02 and 22).The optic system is composed of a diffuser subdivided into 12 cellsfor optimal light distribution, and a special microprismatic glass withvery high light transmittance for greater visual comfort.Acciaio Eco LED is suitable for heavy-duty use even in outdoor envi-ronments directly exposed to inclement weather: it is designed to resistmechanical vibrations and electromagnetic disturbances typical ofindustrial environments.

Emergency lighting device with innovative optical system that offers a

good distribution of the light beam. Possibility to set the unit in SE or

SA configuration and select the 1h or 3h autonomy by simply cutting

a wire on the electronic board. It consists of a large functional wiring

compartment for accommodating 2.5mm conductors and

predisposed for wiring through.

Available in IP42 and IP65 versions Wall and ceiling installation and

recessed. Prepared for installation with Ø16 and Ø20 tubes.

Compactness, high performance, mounting flexibility and high

protection degree make the product ideal for any type of installation.

Available in non-mantained SE and mantained SA versions,

Rest mode input available.The entire range is equipped with all the

accessories to became a signal exit light with visibility from 20 to 30m.

aestetica leD LED Emergency

The AESTETICA LED is composed of 2 optics in order to spread light

in the best way. This system ensures a perfect light beam uniformity

guaranteeing an excellent environment illuminance level.

One of the biggest problems regarding the LED illumination is due to

the high level of dazzle. For this reason, the optic system reduces the

light beam direct component reflecting it to the optics, in order to

balance the emergency illumination requirements with the high

efficiency and power LEDs.

Photometric file shows as the flus is optimazied both for wall and

ceiling installation.

Formula 65 leD at Opticom LED Emergency

Device for emergency lighting that is highly flexible in use. The

symmetry and the great uniformity of its illumination means that

Formula 65 LED AT Opticom can be installed without a pre-fixed

positioning, to the walls, ceiling, suspended or recessed.

The white Polycarbonate body houses a double-reflective optic that in

turn integrates two highly efficient LED series (greater than

160 lumen/Watt). The high-transparent Polycarbonate diffuser was

designed to seal in the optic group so that the device offers a IP65

protection level. The external shell features a number of pre-scored

access points for direct fitting on all the most common junction or

RECESSED boxes.

The standard autonomy of 1h can be extended to 1.5h, 2h, 3h or 8h

using the Opticom Technology app to automatically change the

luminous flux.

Thermofluidodynamic analysis: calculated heat dissipation

To ensure long duration and high performance of the LED source,a new technology has been used which simulates heat diffusionin the fixture: the thermofluidodynamic analysis allows you to fore-see the working temperature of the various components so as tooptimize the heat dissipation system. In the case of the Lungalargaluce LED Ceiling, the dissipationorgan is the housing of the fixture itself which, to optimize its effi-ciency, is made completely of die-cast aluminium.

Compactness and easy to install

Lungalargaluce LED is concentrated technology enclosed in ahousing with very small dimensions. The outer casing, in polycar-bonate, can be easily removed by means of two quick-releaselocks that do not require a special tool to open them. The electro-nics are housed inside, consisting of the LED module, Inverterand battery pack.A quick-connecting terminal board is used for the wiring.
