Vessels/Mechanical Piping: ASME Sec. VIII Div. 1/ API 1104 Code work: We produce largevessels, slug catchers, compression spools, pig receivers/catchers. We hydro test systems in-houseup to 6000 PSI.

Industrial/Commercial Concrete Founda on/Slabs: We have installed numerous largemachine mills (with caissons and auger cast piles) with con nuous pours that have exceeded 1000yards.

Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings: Crane and warehouse buildings. We can design unlimited area, to 60’ high,with 200’ clear span. We have designed and fabricated modular compressor sound a enua ng structures. Onour structures, Steelcon provides the engineering and primary structure, while Metal Sales provides thesecondary structure (Z’s and C’s), siding and trim. We are also a STAR authorized distributor.

Under the hook li ing devices: We have designed and fabricated simple single spreader bars, to complexadjustable 70 ton and higher.

Industrial Doors-Crane Doors (large hydraulic and swinging): We have designed-fabricated-installedlarge hydraulic crane doors to allow overhead crane runway systems to travel to outside the building shell (50’+ clear spans, and large swinging doors, 25’+ high). We have also designed large rolling trackdoors.

Crane Systems: We design, fabricate, and install free-standing crane systems, ed back cranesystems, and retrofit crane systems. We are an authorized fabricator/installer for Kone Cranes.We also do crane re-spanning.

Rebar packages: We can easily process orders up to and including #8 bar. We buy rebar by thesemi load.

Weld manipulator-oscillator: We can design and fabricate to your specifica onsmanipulators and oscillators or our portable 7’ arm, 300 lb. capacity.

Tanks-Silos: We have designed and built several tanks / silos.

Conveyors-Material handling: We have designed and built numerous materialconveying systems for the coal industry.

Industrial Duct Work: We have designed and manufactured large industrial ducts(0.375” plate), material chutes, high temperature expansion joints.

Mezzanines-Pla orms-Bridges-Wind Generator Towers: We have designed and builtnumerous pla orms/mezzanines, pipe bridges. We have also fabricated-installed wind generatortowers.

Control Pulpits: We have designed and manufactured industrial control pulpits.
