    1. The Windsor Institute of Management Studies is established with the primaryobjective of providing world-class management education in tune with the

    contemporary requirements of our society.

    2. The Windsor Institute of Management Studies is a new generation Business Schoolaiming to produce multi-talented executives, fully capable of facing the new

    challenges posed by the rapidly changing situations in the management circle.

    3. At WIMS, students are groomed not just as managers but as leaders using a holisticapproach. This is achieved through implementation of activities relating to academics,

    teamwork, leadership, entrepreneurship, communication, analysis, and personality

    development.

    4. The world at present is highly volatile and turbulent in the aftermath of recession.Management education is all about learning to effectively utilize the scarce resources.WIMS is therefore dedicated to train students to effectively and innovativelyovercome problems and teach them to be critical thinkers and good decision makers.

    5. WIMS has identified its primary responsibility in the efforts to increase students'employability through innovative teaching methodology combining industryexposures and academia interactive practical programs.

    for the future global managers.

    8. We at WIMS believe that, in a competitive job market, a candidate rarely secures a job solely on the basis of his/her degree. Academic qualifications or technical skills

    forms only a part of the bigger picture. One needs to prove to the potential employerthe skills developed and experiences gained that are sought for, in the candidates.Keeping this in mind, our curriculum is regularly fine-tuned to match the issues the

    management executives face on a day to day basis.

    WIMSs career advisory service includes:

    The WIMS team works directly with the students keeping their interests and goals inmind. Personal support is offered through the process of mentoring.

    To enable the students to gain confidence, WIMS conducts mock Interviews, role -

    plays.

    Periodical GDs would help the students to face the challenges of group dynamics.
