    In 1994 Richard van Hooijdonk joined the staff ofinternational advertising agency PPGH/JWT. After severalyears he decided to start his own marketing firm: Eyedentity.DSB Bank bought the firm in 2000. Van Hooijdonk acted asthe bank!s marketing director for five years. During histenure significant commercial successes were achieved.Van Hooijdonk was responsible for commercial innovationon behalf of OHRA insurance company management in

    2006 and 2007. One of the largest insurance companies inthe country, OHRA made the shift from a product insurer toa target group insurer during this period. In 2006 VanHooijdonk joined the Erasmus/SRM College for BrandManagement and Nyenrode Business Universiteit as aguest lecturer. In 2007 MarketingMonday was transformedinto a marketing 2.0 innovation and inspiration enterprisewith an impressive list of national and international clientsincluding Oracle, Randstad, Walibi and Dolfinarium. VanHooijdonk is also in great demand as a speaker on thedomestic and international circuit about marketing andcommunication innovation. Recently, his company

    developed a course on marketing and communication 2.0.
