Main idea: Reducing the time of decision about the admission of trainees to protect for project.

Problem statement: Large amount of information must be processed over the compressed time frame for the decision on the admission to protection of interns to the project

Vision statement: Profile is a project that automates:• business process lab admission of Intern for the project• provides stakeholders access to the profile of the trainees.

Project goals: 1. The Profile system is designed to automate key business

processes of the laboratory protection organization of the project, namely the formation of the list of interns on the projects approved for the protection of the project, with the questionnaire, the report on the work on the project, average rating and reviews of the team, mentors and project managers on trainees.

2. Release MVP (Minimum Viable Product) by May of 2016.

Project risks: 1. Customer priorities change, and consequently change the

2. Not the permanence of the members in the team, the lack of some professional skills .
