Started with a Black background as I felt the colour would allow the images and text to stand out more and also the connotations of black suit the genre of horror quite well.

I then added the title of my Magazine ( Which I got from DAFONT) to the black background. I used a white font so the font would stand out.

I then added small features like the price, barcode and issue number. As well as these features I added the main coverline and additional coverlines.

After this I uploaded one of my original images. By using Photoshop I was able to change the colour of the image by adjusting the colour balance to create, what I believed to be a video camera like quality. As well as that I used the blur tool to blur the sides of the image to the background so the image didn’t look to sharp as I wanted it to look quite unprofessional and armature.

I also put a small REC image in the corner again to try and make the image seem like it was taken via a camera.

I then added another small image promoting another movie as well as a tagline for the movie.
