Parent Technology Media and Information Consent Forms

All parents are requested to complete the Parent Technology Media and Information Consent Forms online at

http://parentaccess.ocps.net. Below are the screens you will see once you are on the ProgressBook site -

Sign In screen

On the home page it will request that you complete The Parent Technology Media and Information Form. The consent forms are

compiled in the Parent Technology Forms: Internet Use, Use of Student’s Photo/Video, Social Media Use and Release of Student

Directory Information. Elementary schools do NOT need to do the Digital Learning Agreement.

You will need your child’s student number to complete the forms. If you and/or your student don’t know the student number,

please call the office at 407-249-6310 x0 and we will help you with the information.
