Linear potentiometer

Linear Potentiometer in mounted in-between “Axle” and “Chassis” Basically it measures the change in length (distance between “AXLE” and “CHASSIS”) due to load. The change in length (§L) is directly proportional to the load on the spring. The Linear potentiometer measure the change in resistance due to change in length (§L)inturn into change in load, output in terms of the voltage

Pressure measurement

Low bed trailers using hydraulicsuspension or tippers with hydraulictipping systems can use the hydraulicpressure to calculate the payload
