BLB EstablishedBLB Estates Private Limited is established as a company by Mr.Bhaskar at a rented office space in Teynampet.

First Project CompletedBLB completes it’s first project “Sindhu Nagar”, a DTCP Appd layout in Poonamallee High Road, Behind Saveetha Dental College.

CRT EstablishedCSR wing of BLB, the Cumbum Ramalingam Pillai Trust is established to carry out charity activities to the people of financially backward segment.
