Kids’ Club

Kids’ Club policies To help ensure your child’s safety, please follow these policies:

? Children must be at least 6 months old to attend Kids’ Club.

& For children younger than 1, reservations must be made. You can make reservations with the Kids’ Club up to eight days in advance.

´ Children ages 6 months to walking may stay a maximum of one and one-half hours. Children who are walking up to 13 years old may stay a maximum of two and one-half hours. These limits are totals for the entire day.

} Kids’ Club team members do not change diapers. If your child’s diaper needs to be changed, we will alert you.

? Sick children are not allowed in the Kids’ Club! If your child shows signs of illness or has a bad cough, fever or diarrhea, we will locate parents immediately. On days that your child stays home sick from school, they should not visit the Kids’ Club.

& Check in with the attendant and indicate where you will be in the club each time you bring your child.

´ To allow someone else to pick up your child, you must notify us and provide their name when checking in.

} We use the time-out system for children of all ages. Children who hit, fight, bite, or are generally disruptive will sit in a chair for a time out. When a child’s behavior becomes disruptive, the parents will be located.

? You must remain in ProMedica Wildwood Athletic Club while your child is visiting the Kids’ Club.

& No peanut products are allowed in the Kids’ Club.

The care and happiness of your child is our number one priority. We want to provide a safe, fun, healthy, and stimulating environment for all of our Kids’ Club members. Our Kids’ Club features the following:

? 4,000 square feet play area with

• Tiled area with child-size tables and chairs

• Infant table with recessed seats with straps

• Boys’ and girls’ bathroom with child-size toilets and sinks

• Movie room

& Great toys including dolls, puzzles, games, and train table

' Craft supplies

} Electronic games

Kids’ Club

Our TeamAll Kids’ Club team members have undergone an extensive interview process including trial work sessions and reference checks. All attendants have childcare experience and are CPR certified.

FeesYou can pay for your child’s Kids’ Club membership monthly or per visit.

? $25 per month for the first child; $9 per month for each additional child

& $7.50 per child per visit

Kids’ Club eventsIn addition to our everyday Kids’ Club activities, we also host fun events throughout the year. Our most popular events are the Halloween parade and Easter egg hunt. Kids’ Club birthday partiesRelax and let us organize your child’s birthday party. Our birthday parties last two hours and include the following:

& Complete set-up and clean-up by our Kids’ Club staff

& Balloons

' Activities can include, but are not limited to:• Gym party or swim party with

certified lifeguard

Parties can be hosted on Saturdays and Sundays from 3:30 – 5:30 p.m. The cost of a party is $125, with a $50 deposit required at the time of reservation. The deposit will be applied to your total bill on the day of the party.
