ProModel Corporation excels at delivering custom predictive analytic solutions. If your needs go beyond the bounds of building a specific model with our commercial off the shelf technologies, you might require a custom application. ProModel’s agile software development team can work with you to design and develop a custom application exactly tailored to your specifications. We have created a wide range of custom applications for our customers including:
• Army ARFORGEN Synchronization Tool Set (AST):
Gathers all Army conventional force requirements worldwide in one location and assesses the conventional forces inventory (Army units) flowing through the ARFORGEN process. Sources force requirements with the available Army inventory to fulfill missions. Models units flowing through the Force Generation process to optimize readiness.
• Army Decision Support Tool (DST):
The unclassified, web-based, collaborative tool the LMI uses to lead the Army Materiel stakeholders through the planning and execution of Army materiel distribution/redistribution. Matches validated, prioritized equipment demands with available Army inventory in depots, non-deployed units, and other sources. Provides differentscenarios for solving tough equipping distribution problems and the long term effects of any decision.
• Navy Synchronization Tool Set (NST):
An Internet-based software tool that provides predictive analytic capabilities for the sourcing of aircraft to squadrons, squadrons to air wings, and air wings to aircraft carriers. Offers rapid visibility into the consequences of the scheduling decisions. Used to resource F/A-18 aircraft to squadrons and air wings to support carrier strike groups (CSGs), with the intent of extending the lives of older, currently deployed aircraft.

Customized Application Development
ProModel offers a professional services team of senior consultants, our consulting team has a minimum of 10 years of experience with many having over 20 years ex-perience. They will help you do the following:

We provide a full range of maintenance and support services, including a discount registration to our popular ProModel Solutions Conferences, access to our on-line Solutions Café, exceptional 24 hour technical support, and all upgrades. Our annual Maintenance & Support (M&S) Contract provides:
Access to ProModel Technical Support - The ProMod-el support team provides an intensity of support you have never before experienced. We offer extended technical support hours, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. MST.
Software upgrades and product enhancements for one year - ProModel Corporation encourages its customers to help define product fixes and features. This ensures that your investment keeps gaining value.
Application-SpecificStrategyReview– with a Senior Application Specialist (appointment-based) – 4 per year.
Access to our on-line Solutions Café - Via the web, you can access our extensive Knowledge Base. This allows you to search for tools, technical information, and downloadable files that provide invaluable assistance for your simulation projects. Other resources are available in the Solutions Café: Tips and Techniques – to hone your modeling skills; a Resource Library – download training materials, graphics libraries and sample models. Priority for consulting and training - Customers with active M&S renewal contracts have first priority for our consulting and training resources.
Lunch and Learn – A one-hour, on-site session to discuss how ProModel technology can add value to your organization. Subscription to the ProModel e-newsletter - Our newsletter provides current, real-world examples of solutions to difficult business problems. Training
ProModel offers comprehensive training for all our simulation software. We provide basic, advanced, and custom training taught by our expert instructors.
You can choose from the following:
• Pre-scheduled public classes at several locations throughout the US
• Live Web Based Training
• On-Site TrainingUp to ten people can become proficient in any of the ProModel software packages at a reasonable price. One of our instructors will visit your location for a two-day or three-day, intensive training seminar.
• Jump-Start TrainingJump-Start training is an excellent way to “jump-start” a specific project based on ProModel’s predictive technology. One of our instructors or consultants will help you get started and take you as far as you wish to go in modeling your real world processes. This is a three-day or four-day hands-on model building course.
• ProModel UniversityProvides you the training you need, when you need it. ProModel University’s online training courses are the same high quality materials that we use in our classroom-based trainings, but they are pre-recorded, self-paced, and available 24/7.
• Training WebinarsWe continue to keep you up to date with the latest tips, techniques, and modeling guidance through our ongoing training webinars. Join us live from your office via the web, or log in to our Solutions Café to view recorded versions of all these helpful training sessions.
• ProfessionalCertificationDemonstrate your ProModel education and experience by participating in our professional certification program. Receive industry recognition for your knowledge and proficiency. Our three levels of certification include: Qualified, Analyst, and Master.

Our ProModel Academic Team is committed to helping faculty members and students have an optimal learning experience using ProModel sim-ulation software. ProModel is an excellent teaching tool. The stu-dents achieve a much higher level of understand-ing when they can put the theory into action.
