MARMITEHOMECOMING MEATBALLS

3-4 pax Cooking Time: 20 mins

Method:1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and

leave to marinate for an hour or longer.2. In a wok, heat the cooking oil over

medium-high heat. Scoop the mixture from step 1, with a tablespoon and roll in between your hands to form a ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture, then fry all the meatballs in the cooking oil.

3. Pour the sauce into the wok and cook until it thickens, then add the fried meatballs to glaze. Serve it hot.

Ingredients:500g chicken breast, minced50g carrots, finely diced20g garlic, minced2 stalks spring onion stems, slicedCooking oil, for deep frying

Method:1. Blanch the snow fungus and black fungus in boiling water. Save the water for use later.2. In a wok, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat. Fry the

ginger slices with soybean paste until fragrant, then boil with seasoning and water.

3. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer in medium heat for 10 minutes. Serve it hot.
