You may already be familiar with our new or off the plan real estate agency services but we also offer a premium service buyers agency.

We search, locate and negotiate property exclusively for property buyers, acting only for the purchaser.

With dedicated staff assigned to each specific brief, our in house efficiencies are designed to find your clients:

1) their ideal home or investment property 2) in the quickest possible time 3) for the best possible price

Your client’s property purchase will be handled with complete care, confidentiality and diligence from start (designing their brief) to settlement. Our property database and market research (including recent sales) are crucial in bringing us the best property outcome for your clients.

We facilitate all other relevant services such as building inspections, conveyancing/solicitor, mortgage broker, strata searches, property management, and minor renovations through to developments. We have attended council sessions with clients before and also facilitated development applications.

Through our network we have sourced, homes, investment properties, commercial, residential and development sites for clients.

Our fees are fixed and are initiated by way of a small initial upfront fee and a final success fee which is not paid until settlement of the property.

Auction Bidding and Negotiation

Establishment of target price, contractual terms (deposit amount, settlement length, etc.)

Development of a negotiation strategy based on vendor situation / timing
