AT A GLANCEJumeirah Village Circle saw the highest villa price growth at 37.81% followed by Jumeirah Islands at 28.10% and The Lakes at 22%. Palm Jumeirah experienced a 16.13% rise in villa prices while The Springs and Dubailand registered a 16% increase each, year-on-year.
