Cabinet under sink dry and pipes in good condition. Countertop in good condition. Floor covering has been checked and is in good condition. Wallpaper has been checked and is in good condition (If applicable). Toilet tight to floor. Bolt caps present.

Ball cock and flaps operate properly. Faucets do not drip (sink). Faucets do not drip (Bathtub). Drain operating in sink. Drain operating in bathtub. Commode seat in good condition. Caulking intact and done properly. Shower doors secure and caulking. Towel bars in place and secure. Soap dish and tissue holder intact. Medicine cabinet clean Floor and wall tile in good condition.
