We enthusiastically respond to this Invitation to Bid for Online Printing Services. We have been providing these exact services to Mesa Community College for over 15 years. You are welcome to look at their online ordering site by going to www.us291.alphagraphics.com, logging into the site at the top right hand corner “AG Online Login” and using your email address ([email protected]) as the Username and 0603 as your password. In the ordering site, you can see how the employees at MCC order their business cards, letterhead and other items. They are able to enter variable information for their business cards and then see and approve the finalized artwork to be printed. This ordering site also provides for different levels of authorizations to be provided before the items are printed. We will be able to set these sites up for each location with their own items and authorization levels.
I, Todd Carling, will be the project manager for this account. I have been with this AlphaGraphics location for over 20 years and I have provided services to Mesa Community College for many of those years. I assure the District that our products will be of the best quality and that they will be delivered in a timely manner to each location.
