Subject: Proposal for School tie up project to provide class for (CBSE-

IITJEE) at school campus

Dear Sir,

VOYAGE is a premier Institute for IIT-JEE Preparation in Delhi. We are known for

academic excellence and trying to attain leadership position in IIT-JEE (Main &

Advance) training .In the consequence after understanding need foraccess to

the stress free quality education, VOYAGE has come out with integrated

programs named ZENITH.

Two Year Integrated school program for class XI One Year Integrated school program for class XII

Where of shall be conducted in a school along with their routine classes

only, thereby not overburdening the students and yet affording access to the

quality education. Accordingly the said program is a credible and viable

alternative to rigorous coaching.

VOYAGEs ZENITH is the Integrated School Program, which includes

The whole course ofIIT-JEE and CBSE class XI and XII is integrated into

a single unified course and is divided into topics which cover both Class XI

& Class XII of CBSE with a synergistic and unidirectional approach to both

the Board studies as well as IIT-JEE Preparation.

Performance of student will be monitored by series of tests and quizzes.

To help the students improve their performance, Test Analysis Sessions

will also be conducted during the classroom program.

VOYAGE has certified teachers for the program and VOYAGE shall take

classes in the program, with such faculty member among them most are

IITians and subject experts having vast teaching experience in IIT JEE

training.

VOYAGE has a proposal to start above mentioned programs in your school to

enhance the academic excellence of the school and providing stress free

environment to the students and excellent result in competitive examinations.

With this association we can mutually help each other to establish us as an

Keeping all above in mind we feel that the school understands and appreciates

the Ideal School Initiative conceived by VOYAGE as a part of the ZENITH

Program. We hope that the school agrees to implement this ideal school

initiative at its premises.

The batch in these programs shall comprise of 50 students at the most. More

than one batch may be started in a school, if the need arises. In the second or

subsequent batch however, if the number of students falls short, the batch may

yet be commenced by VOYAGE, but we are seeking your esteemed cooperation

to increase the no of students so that our efforts can be fruitful for all VOYAGE

shall conduct the classes during school hour only for the integrated school

programs.

However, if it is deemed necessary and expedient in the students interest, then

classes may be conducted during holidays and/or after prescribed school hours.

That scheduling of examination for CBSE purposes may be suggested by

VOYAGE but shall be

Control by the school only. However, the school shall ensure that there are no

impediments on the way of smooth running of the classes of the program.

Scheduling the classes shall be controlled by VOYAGE, for attaining qualitative

and quantitative improvement of ZENITH students. However, the suggestion

and guidance of the school in this regard shall be accorded due consideration.

The classes for the Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics shall be taken by the

certified faculties of VOYAGE in their subject area. Even in case of NON-PCM

subject like English, Computer Science, Biology, Physical education etc.

VOYAGE shall monitor the same. However, teaching of non-PCMsubjects shall

be the responsibility of school only. It is expected and the school has assured

VOYAGE that the school shall maintain the high standard of education in

respect of the non-PCMsubjects.

ABOUT OUR CHIEF MENTOR

Devesh Dixit (DD sir) has been mentoring students from

past 8 years for IIT JEE. To his credit he has more than 500

students selected in IIT JEE, including top rankers like

NIVVEDAN (AIR 113 IITJEE 2010, PRASHANT V (AIR 5

IITJEE 2009), A V GUNA (AIR 16 IITJEE 2009) KARTIK

RAJGOPAL (AIR 54 IITJEE 2008) SRINIVAS GAUTAM

(AIR 118 IITJEE 2008) and many more

Being an IITian (graduated from IIT BHU Varanasi, 2007) himself

the guidance he imparts to students aspiring for IITJEE is

more focused and streamlined. He himself has an

exceptionally good academic record and has been

awarded by the Honorable Governor of Uttar Pradesh

twice, for his achievements. He has been faculty at

different places like Varanasi, Chennai, Kota, Jhansi and

Delhi. His vast teaching experience has helped him

immensely in holding important position in some the most

distinguished institutes like FIITJEE & Bansal Classes

KOTA.

He has been a trainer and mentor for many faculties (chemistry) appointed

and at the same time has headed several recruitment panels at FIITJEE Chennai

Olympiad students by Science Olympiad foundation, Coimbatore. Not
