/ Scotland Weekend:Friday 16th & Saturday 17th: Departing in the late evening we travel overnight to Scotland, arriving at our hostel in Edinburgh in the early morning. We enjoy a breakfast and a guided coach tour of the famous sights – Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, the Queen’s Palace, and much more. In the afternoon we have free time to visit the museum of Scotland & shop in Princes Street, before returning to our hostel. In the evening we enjoy a typical Scottish night out.Sunday 18th: In the morning we depart for York, where we see York Minster, one of Europe’s largest medieval Cathedrals & visit the city centre with its medieval streets and grand Georgian townhouses. We depart from York in the afternoon for our journey home.

WEEKEND TOURS

/ Manchester & Liverpool

Friday 23th: We depart in the late evening and travel overnight on a comfortable executive coach. We make several stops for your refreshment.

Saturday 24th: We arrive in Manchester in the Early morning after a stop for breakfast. We visit the modern centre, bustling with stylish boutiques and shopping centres. OPTIONAL: see the impressive home of Manchester United, with a tour of the historic stadium (30 pounds aprox) and a chance to buy some souvenirsAlternatively you can visit Salford Quays, with its magnificent museums, art galleries and waterfront shopping. In the evening our tour leader invites us to enjoy Manchester by night.

WEEKEND TOURS

/ Liverpool & Manchester

Sunday 25th: After breakfast we travel to Liverpool. Our first stop is the Anglican Cathedral, the largest in Britain. Later we visit the award winning Beatles Story Exhibition, and places made famous by the songs of the Beatles, such as 'Penny Lane‘.

OPTIONAL: visit Liverpool Football Club (30 pounds aprox)We depart Liverpool in the late afternoon for our journey home.

/ London (Sunday 11th) & Oxford (Wednesday 21th):Two separate day trips. London trip includes transport to and from as well as a guided tour around central London, and tickets to the London Eye. Oxford trip includes transport to and from as well as entrance into the famous Christchurch college (Harry Potter movies) and guided walking tour around central Oxford.
