Since the establishment of our company in 1921 we have been developing and producing high-performance polishing agents in solid and liquid form as well as wheels and discs as polishing agent carriers.

We use a large variety of polishing powders for wide ranges of applications.

Greases and waxes in natural or also chemically synthesised form serve as carrier substances for the polishing grain. Depending on the percentage they bring about improved dissipation of the fric-tional heat produced by the polishing process and ensure a good gliding effect on the workpiece.

Sharpness and abrasivenessThe abrasiveness of a polishing paste or compound is decisively influenced by the type of abrasive grain used. Their proportions yield products with certain properties from 10 (= very abrasive) to 1 (= very mild) – completely in accordance with your requirements.

Viscosity

Grease hardness

This is determined by the water phase: oil phase and guarantees optimum flow

characteristics in the application.

It plays an important part in the selection of the polishing agent carriers such as discs and wheels

and influences the effectiveness of the polishing grain used during the machining process.

By the incorporation of different abrasive grains in the fleece material a surface finish from coarse to very fine can be obtained. Mainly red fleece with aluminium oxide grain is used. Grey fleece contains harder and more abrasive silicon carbide.

Polishing wheels and discs for aggressive pre-polishing as far as streak-free glazing. Low working down of the wheels with simultaneously good polishing results due to high-quality cotton fabric. Coloured tracer threads as distinguishing features as well as proprietary GSI finishing processes.
