Regulations: The following are the Regulations for admission into Management Quota seats in

Post Graduate Medical Degree / Diploma / MDS Courses in all the Private Medical /

Dental Colleges affiliated to Dr. NTR UHS.

Number of seats under management quota:

The number of seats available for the academic year 2017-18 in Post Graduate

Medical Degree/Diploma / MDS courses at Private Un – Aided Non – Minority

Medical and Dental colleges will be in accordance with the orders of the MCI / DCI

/ GOI / Govt. of AP.

The data of seats under management quota is given in the Annexure-A appended

herewith, for information.

Eligibility: The candidates who fulfill the following criteria are eligible for admission into

post graduate medical degree / diploma and dental courses, and they have to get their certificates verified as per schedule tobe notified by the university.

The candidates should secure the following cut-off scores in NEET PG-2017 / NEET MDS -2017 conducted by National Board of Examinations, New Delhi as per section (10) of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.

For PG Medical Degree and Diploma:

The Candidates from All over India are eligible for Management Quota Sub –

Category – 1.

Foreign Students / NRI / NRI sponsored candidates are eligible for Management

Quota Sub – Category – 2.

Candidates sponsored by the Managements of Private Un – Aided Non – Minority

Medical / Dental Colleges having Post Graduate Courses in Andhra Pradesh State

are eligible for Management Quota Sub – Category – 3.

Candidates should have MBBS / BDS Degree recognized by the Medical Council of

India / DCI.

Candidates should complete internship by 15-04-2017 in respect of the

candidates of A.P. and Telangana and 31-03-2017 in respect of the candidates

from other States.

Must have registered with Medical Council (Registration with MCI /DCI/State

Medical / Dental Council is necessary and its documentary proof should be

furnished at the time of verification of original certificates).

Candidates who are already studying P.G. Degree or Diploma course shall

discontinue the course by remitting requisite bond amount and stipend drawn upto

that date before submitting the application form. Such candidates shall have to

submit a certificate issued by the Head of the Institution to that effect the in the

proforma appended as Annexure-II at the time of verification of original

certificates.

Note: If a candidate is found to have submitted false information or concealed any relevant information regarding this matter, such candidate is liable to be disqualified for admission and in case already admitted, the admission will be cancelled. Further disciplinary action against him/her will be taken by the University/respective institution. Legal issues if any shall be under the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Andhra Pradesh and the State of Telangana.

If the candidate is having a Medical qualification equivalent to MBBS / BDS

(Primary Medical / Dental qualification) from outside India, the Degree should have

been recognized by Medical Council of India /Dental Council of India for enrolment

as Medical Practitioner in the Country.

Candidate must have permanent registration with Medical Council of India / DCI or

any State Medical Council / Dental Council.

Candidates must pay equivalency verification / certificate verification fee as

specified in the regulations along with the registration fee. The verification fee and

registration fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted to a future date.

Therefore candidates are advised to check eligibility conditions thoroughly before

applying for determining merit. Applications through Online:

The on-line application form for determining merit position in respective categories (Sub category – 1,2 & 3) for management quota seats using NEET PG – 2017 / NEET – MDS – 2017 scores will be available on the website http://pvtappgmed.apsche.ac.in from 09-05-2017 11.00 AM on 12-05-2017 upto 5.00 p.m.

Note: The candidates are advised to take a print out of the Prospectus / Instructions to

fill the applicationfrom the website http://ntruhs.ap.nic.in, http://pvtappgmed.apsche.ac.in and http://www.apmedco.com before proceeding to fill the application form.

The candidate should fill the online application form available in the Website

with the data required-for, through internet. The online application form can be

filled through any computer with internet connection (home/internet café/net

center). The candidate is advised to fill the online application form after going

through the Prospectus by keeping all the Certificates ready to enter his/her

correct data.

Procedure of filling online application and Procedure for online payment:

1. Read the Notification, Prospectus / Regulations carefully.

2. Keep all the following documents required:

(a) NEET – PG 2017 / NEET MDS - 2017 Admit card issued by the NBE

(b) NEET – PG 2017 / NEET MDS - 2017 Score card issued by the NBE

(c) Date of Birth Certificate. (SSC or its equivalent certificate)

(d) Study Certificates from 1st MBBS to final MBBS / 1st BDS to Final BDS.

(e) Permanent Caste certificate if applicable

(f) Internship Completion certificate.

(g) Medical Council / Dental Council of India Registration Certificate.

(h) Differently abled (PH) certificate if applicable.

(i) Credit card / Debit card.

3. The fee can be paid through Debit card / Credit card or Net Banking. 4. The fee paid by the applicants is not refundable and not adjusted to a future date

under any circumstances

PROCEDURE FOR SUBMISSION OF ONLINE APPLICATION FORM FOR DETERMINATION OF MERIT POSITION:

1. Open the website http://pvtappgmed.apsche.ac.in Home page displayed as follows.

2. Click on the Online Registration.

3. Registration Form appears in which Candidate has to give the details to register.

Note: The Not Qualified BC category candidates in NEET PG – 2017 conducted by NBE and having the Domicile of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are requested to Enter ‘0’ (zero) (Numeric) in the Neet Rank* column at the above Registration Form for processing online application form.

4. After entering the details click on validate button.

5. If all the details you entered is correct, You will receive the Registration number.

Please Note the Registration number for further correspondence.

6. Then enter Testing Id and the Registration number for updating the details of the candidate and

click on Validate Button.

8. After filling the form, click on Save and Exit Button. This process can be repeated till

all the data you entered is correct. Then click on Save and Pay Button to proceed

for payment. Depending on your caste category, local area, state and country the Registration fee is varied. Once paid you will not get any refund. Hence, you are requested to double check the eligibility conditions yourself and pay the fee.

9. Now you will be directed to the Payment Gateway click OK

12. Click OK Button. You will get your filled application form take printout of this form and affix a recent passport size photo on the space provided and submit the form at the time of certificate verification.

Do's and Don'ts

Do not use mobiles and tablets to Apply. Use only computers.

Do not select or enter false information which can be liable for Criminal Action.

Avoid using slow internet facility.

Keep your mobile with you while Applying and do not block SMS.

The candidate should paste a passport size photograph which is similar to that

applied for NEET-PG 2017 / NEET MDS - 2017 in the space provided in the print out of

online application form and submit at the time of original certificates verification.

Registration Fee:

The registration fee is Rs. 3,500/- (Bank transaction charges extra).

Verification Fee for candidates studied outside the State and Abroad:

The candidates who acquired their Under Graduate Degree outside the State or

Country/Abroad and got their certificates registered with Medical Council of India and

applying for admission into Post Graduate Medical Degree/Diploma/MDS courses

under this University, shall pay a verification fee of Rs.7,000/- for Degree certificates

acquired Abroad and Rs.3,000/- for the Degrees acquired outside the State.

The candidate should sign at the declaration area in the print out of the online

application form to be submitted at the time of verification of original certificates. Verification of Original Certificates: The candidate should submit the print-out of the filled - in online application form

along with three sets of attested copies of required certificates at the verification center,

Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada.

The candidates shall pay Rs.2,500/- as Processing Fee. Note: The candidature of the applicant will not be considered for admission to PG

Degree / Diploma / MDS courses unless the print-out application form along

with the requisite enclosures is submitted at the time of verification of original

certificates. Merit Lists: The merit position of the candidates those who applied through online in response to the notification issued by Dr. NTRUHS for management quota seats shall be determined by NEET-PG-2017/ NEET – MDS - 2017 scores and as per their eligibility criteria, applicable regulations, guidelines viz:

As per PG Medical / Dental Regulations of Medical Council of India / Dental Council of India, the candidates who secure minimum of marks at 50th percentile (40th percentile for SC/ST/BC candidates and 45th percentile for Differently abled candidates) in NEET PG – 2017/ NEET MDS - 2017.

The University will release final merit position of eligible candidates for exercising web options after verification of original certificates at the center, Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada.

Management Quota Seats (as per G.O.Ms.No.70, HM&FW (C1) Dept., dated 03-05-2017 as amended in G.O.Ms.No.75, HM&FW (C1) Dept., dated 05-05-2017:

50% of seats in each speciality in each college are management quota seats. The

Management Quota Seats are categorised into Management Quota Sub –

Category – 1 – 25%, Management Quota Sub – Category – 2 (NRI/NRI Sponsored)

– 15% and Management Quota Sub – Category – 3 (Institutional Preference) –

10%.

For Management Quota Sub – Category – 1 – 25%, candidates from all the states

and union territories of India are eligible.

For Management Quota Sub – Category – 2 – 15%, NRI candidates and NRI

sponsored candidates are eligible.

For Management Quota Sub – Category – 3 – 10%, candidates sponsored by the

Management’s of the Private Un – Aided Non – Minority Medical / Dental

Colleges having Post Graduate Course in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

THERE ARE NO RESERVATIONS FOR SC / ST, BC / OBC IN ALL THE

CATEGORIES OF THE MANAGEMENT QUOTA SEATS.

the website http://www.apmedco.com and http://ntruhs.ap.nic.in. PG – Dental Courses: d) Tuition Fee for management quota seats (Sub-Category 1): All Broad specialties:

a. Para-Clinical Degree Courses - Rs.7,00,000/ per annum b. Clinical Degree Courses - Rs.10,00,000/ per annum

e) Tuition Fee for management quota seats (Sub-Category 2& 3):All Broad specialties: a. Para-Clinical Degree Courses - Rs.8,00,000/ per annum b. Clinical Degree Courses - Rs.15,00,000/per annum

Note: Para – Clinical Degrees includes Oral Pathology and Oral Medicine & Radiology

All the selected candidates shall submit Bank Guarantee to the respective college for Tution Fee chargeable for the remaining period of the course. The candidates selected into MD / MS / Diploma shall work for one year as “Senior Resident” in the Institution where they pursued the course. The selected candidates will be paid stipend @ Rs.30,000/- per month for medical and @ Rs. 25,000/- per month for dental courses.
