The high-performance ProTec Polymer Processing conveyors have been specially designed for the high-est individual requirements with granular or dusty, free flowing bulk goods.

They ensure the reliable and efficient high-capacity automatic charging of tanks, scales, mixers, dosing sys-tems, drying systems and processing machines. There-fore, the systems are successfully in use in the plastics, rubber, recycling, foodstuff, chemicals and pharmaceuti-cal industries.

Our conveyors are characterised by their simple and individual handling in injection moulding and extrusion processes. Depending on the area of application, the user can choose between transparent polycarbonate conveyors or stainless steel conveyors. The tried-and-tested polycarbonate conveyors make the conveying process visible at a glance. They are still perfectly suitable for conveying abrasive plastics (e.g. containing glass fibre) and are characterised by a long service life with high throughputs.

The modular design of the conveyors ensures an ext-remely flexible adaptation to the injection moulding and extrusion process.

Thanks to the low weight (approx. 10 kg), the convey-ors can be easily and rapidly cleaned. This advantage is particularly useful in terms of time and operating expenses when material is changed frequently and/or small quantities are produced.

With the easily visible display, an operator can quickly check the conveyor’s status, even from some distance away.

Among further options, the systems can be equipped with automatic cleaning (compressed air) which can be managed with the controller.

Optimal conveyor solutions are tailored precisely to your usage conditions. Thanks to modular subassemblies, the spare part storage can be kept to a minimum, even when using different system types. This saves time and space and frees up resources for other important tasks. The modularity of the systems makes them extremely easy to service. Short delivery times ensure fast im-plementation of your plans. This allows you to present solutions quickly to your customers. Once the systems are on-site, there is nothing stopping you getting off the blocks quickly. Plug-and-play is the name of the game.

Every basic conveyor system comes with a conveyor with built-in conveyor air filter, an integrated or separate blower, a conveyor hose with suction tube, a suitable control unit and a power cable as standard.

The FG 200 series conveyor stations are available in polycarbonate and stainless steel designs. The convey-or stations are equipped with a filter bag or filter plate to separate the conveyed material from the conveyor air.
