HOUSING MARKET CONTINUES TO RECOVER Homesale’s lead center is supported by a professional team who personally answer phone inquiries and promptly route Internet leads to the listing agent. This team handles inquiries Monday - Friday 8:30am to 8:30pm, Saturday 9am-3pm and Sunday 10am-4pm. This ensures our customers that someone is available as soon as information is needed about their home. In 2012 our lead center team routed over 40,000 inquires, which is a 30% increase over 2011. This indicates that those who have waited to list their home should wait no longer. ONLINE MARKETING TO THE NEXT LEVEL Many real estate companies syndicate their listings to real estate portals, local websites and national websites but Homesale has taken marketing listings one step further by creating a network of trusted local media partners. These partners already have highly visible websites with a total of over 3.4 million visits per month. Homesale has leveraged this traffic for our sellers by becoming the exclusive provider of real estate listings on those sites. No other company has the exclusive online partnership network that Homesale has created. What started with two media partners has now grown into nine. During 2012 Homesale added ABC27.com in March, WBALTV.com in May, Fox43.com in May and added HomesInChambersburgPA.com and HomesInLebanonPA.com to our existing HomesInYork.com partnership. In order to make it easier for buyers to retrieve the information about a home, Homesale created a program in 2009 called Home Info 24/7. This voice technology takes MLS information and converts it to a voice recording. With one phone number anyone can listen to a recording about the home. 2012 proved to be a record year for Home Info. We received a total of 16,086 phone calls. 3,437 of which were connected right to the agent. In 2013, we’ve made it easier for buyers to get the info they want. Consumers can now text an address or code to the same phone number and will receive a text message with a link to property photos and info. Since this technology brings such value to our customers we have given it a new look for 2013! Our riders and marketing materials have been given a refined look that will work with our Prudential Blue signs as well as our Fine Homes.
