Had been Head - HR for blue chip companies like Thirumalai Chemicals Ltd. - A petrochemical major (also Corporate Head for its Overseas Venture at Malaysia), UCAL Fuel Systems Ltd. - A Japanese JV Manufacturing Auto Components (also Corporate Head for its plants at Chennai, M.M.Nagar, Pondicherry & Gurgaon and lastly at MRF Ltd., Arakonam.

He has handled a wide variety of responsibilities in his career spanning nearly two decades which includes on the HR front, Climate Surveys, Employee Retention, Designing Performance Management – Open Appraisal Systems, KRAs, 360o, Large Scale Recruitments for Indian and Overseas Plants, Promoting Employee Involvement Schemes etc.

On the Employee Relations front has spear headed and concluded eight Long Term Wage Agreements, apart from handling several Strikes and Lockouts and Court Cases during his tenure in the above Companies.
